This is our family's preference for a really good real hot chocolate! We start with our 80% Dark chocolate and shred it so that it gives you a nice even melt. We add just a little bit of our organic unprocessed dehydrated cane juice to add just a touch of extra sweetness. We recommend using a whole packet per 6-8 ounces of milk.

 

How to make an amazing cup of hot chocolate.

Heat 6 ounces of milk on your stovetop. Pour the warmed milk and the chocolate packet into a blender. Pulse for 10 seconds or so. (Hand-frothing milk also works instead of using a blender.) Pour your hot chocolate into your favorite mug. We also like to keep aside just a little bit of the chocolate to sprinkle on top, or top with cinnamon and/or cayenne.
