About the Event
I absolutely love Elder. It is one of my favorite plants and grows right here in our own back yard! Owner Sara Ratza, HHP and Western Herbalist, will teach you about the benefits of Elder, Elder berries, and how to make your own Elderberry (chocolate!) syrup! Everyone attending this workshop will leave with their own elderberry syrup making kit.
