Owner and creator of Ratza Chocolate, Sara Ratza, is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a focus of Food as Medicine, as well as a practicing Western Herbalist. Sara is also the author of the book "Drinking Chocolate: Ancient Traditions for Modern Healing".
Sara's personal mission is to introduce people into the healing properties of cacao and how we can integrate the use of herbals, spices, and food into our chocolate.
