Elderberry (and Chocolate!)

It's back to school time! 

I absolutely love Elder. It is one of my favorite plants and grows right here in our own back yard. Owner Sara Ratza, HHP and Western Herbalist, will teach you about the benefits of Elder, Elder berries, and how to make your own Elderberry (chocolate!) syrup.

We will also discuss other ways to support our immune system and what natural ways we can help our body if we feel like we are coming down with something. 

 Everyone attending this workshop will leave with their own elderberry syrup making kit.
