*Teen* Camp Day

You've asked, and we've heard! 

Join us for a day full of chocolate. We will begin by learning a brief history of chocolate and participate in creating chocolate from the bean-to-bar. In the afternoon, we will use our chocolate to create yummy vegan treats that we can eat and take home.   (Ages 13-17)

Our Schedule:

Drop-off 9:00am-9:30am 

Parents need to come in to sign waivers. Please bring In Case Of Emergency Information.

9:30-11:30: Chocolate Making

11:30-12:30: Lunch at Craig Park

12:30-2:30: Vegan Treats and Baking with Chocolate

Pick-up 2:30-3:00pm

*All of our ingredients we use in our kitchen are organic and vegan. Please keep in mind that our kitchen uses a lot of nuts. Please don't sign up your child if they have a nut allergy. We do not want to be responsible for an allergic reaction to nuts!!!! *

Things you’ll need to send with your child:

- Water (Reusable water bottle; Refills available)

- Packed lunch. We have a refridgerator and freezer available.

About Sara Ratza

Sara Ratza has worked with children her whole life! As a young adult, her resume includes babysitting, teaching swimming and dance, working at camps as a counselor and specialist. She later became an art teacher in the public school system and most recently worked at the Dunedin Fine Art Center Summer Camp and their Wheel on Wheels program as a teacher before she opened her brick and mortar. She was nominated as a finalist for Teacher of the Year her last two years at her high school. Sara has worked with all age levels and all abilities. She is currently background checked with her clearance to work in Florida Schools.
