Cacao Butter has tripled in price the last year due to the Cacao shortage currently in our world. That I why I decided to make the last of our dairy-free Coconut Milk White Chocolate into “Gems”. This is a special edition and the last of our white chocolate until Easter.
 
These are solid pieces of white chocolate and will be softer in consistency than our other chocolate due to the higher fat content and that we do not add any other ingredients to “harden” the chocolate.
