Our shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on shipping speed. We have a 2-3 day turnaround on orders based on chocolate availability and our closed shop days. We will contact our customers if any issues arise. If orders are placed on Friday or Weekends, we ship at the beginning of the week

We insulate our packages and send with cold packs to ensure safe delivery. Please contact us asap if your package did not arrive to your satisfaction.

We send emailed tracking once your package is to be delivered. Please note it is your responsibility to retrieve your package in a timely manner. It is, after all, chocolate. If you would like us to try to deliver on a certain date, please contact us.
